hapema is specialised in the manufacture and assembly of modular progressive dies. We can manufacture any tool, regardless of the degree of difficulty involved. This includes tools with different press-fit zones, tools for the processing of bondable materials or tools that require the addition of contact rivets or additional components.
Our in-house engineering department develops tools that can consist of more than 1,500 parts. In addition to developing products for hapema, it also develops tools in close cooperation with our customers. This is all about creating specific solutions and leveraging hapema’s extensive range of in-house capabilities from 3D construction to manufacturing and assembly.
Our highly skilled personnel and long-standing, reliable suppliers enable us to provide our customers with comprehensive support for every aspect of their overall concept. We can provide them with services such as 3D modelling (VISI), manufacturing and assembly as well as the adjustment and inspection of their tools. In doing so, we can develop and manufacture according to hapema standards or individual customer requirements.
